Inmate Mail Policy

All incoming mail must have the following information:

All incoming and outgoing mail must have their full name (first & Last), a full and correct address of both the sender and the recipient on the envelope. Anyone that does not adhere to this policy is subject to a rejection notice.

  • No lipstick, lip gloss, or scents allowed on any material.
  • No metallic fixtures or stickers of any kind.
  • No painted paper / printed on paper / printed photo collage.
  • No photographs larger than 4x6 and may not contain any alcoholic beverages, nudity, weapons or tobacco, illegal activity, polaroid pictures.
  • No staples / paper clips / laminated plastic.
  • No blank paper, envelopes, or stamps. However, these items may be purchased on through commissary.
  • No printed social media paper, this includes newspaper clippings or comic strips.
  • No greeting cards.
  • No unauthorized inmate to inmate correspondence.

Inmate Phone Services

Calls/Text/Video services are provided by Reliance Phone Services. Inmates may set up an account once a phone is assigned.

Once the account is setup family and friends may fund the account using the steps below.

  • Visit Reliance Phone Services.
  • Choose "CIMARRON COUNTY JAIL" from the drop down.
  • Choose to either fund an inmate wallet or purchase a phone card.
  • Search and verify the inmate's name.
  • Set up your account and enter your payment information.

Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are forbidden for the inmates to use.
